Laughter Leader Training

Train to lighten up your community or workplace through laughter yoga

The Certified Laughter Yoga Leader (CLYL) training equips you with skills to effectively run laughter yoga sessions for a community laughter club or within your workplace or yoga studio.achieve these outcomes. It’s an internationally recognised qualification set by Dr Madan Kataria and Laughter Yoga International.

Heather Joy Campbell is the only resident Certified Laughter Yoga Teacher in Queensland. She runs the 2-day Certified Laughter Yoga Leader training in Brisbane and she travels to regional and rural Queensland centres.

If your community or workplace needs to ‘lighten up’, bring Heather Joy to your community.

For too long, rural Queenslanders have had to travel to capital cities or major regional centres for training opportunities. That costs in terms of the training plus travel plus accommodation plus food plus time plus, plus, plus.

Heather Joy Campbell is committed to regional Queensland communities wanting laughter yoga in their community.

I will come to you if a minimum 6 people register for training with a commitment to, at the very least, work together to create a laughter club in your community. You will pay the same amount as CLYL participants in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.  We’ll run a community session together while I’m in town.  I’ll appreciate local ‘intel’ for a low-cost venue (a QCWA hall or council meeting room with a park nearby). You will be mentored afterwards. I absorb my travel costs: there’s no add-on.

At my core, I believe the Happydemic of laughter yoga deserves sharing across Queensland, pursuing the philosophy of founder (and my trainer) the Giggling Guru Dr Madan Kataria, that the contagion of laughter infect the world for  happier, healthier, more peaceful communities.

Testimonial

"Heather Joy’s laughter yoga session was the most fun I’ve had at work in a long time! It was great to do it as a group – a team building exercise in itself. I definitely got a dose of therapy and endorphins, a workout for my lungs, and came away with a new tool to de-stress at the end of a day."
